Parking and Directions to the Theater

Colonial Players is located on East St,
one half block east of State Circle.
Parking for the theater has
improved with the opening of the large well-lit state garage on Calvert Street
near St. John’s College, which is open from 6 in the evening week nights and all
weekends free of charge.
Driving from Route 50 take Rowe Blvd. South Exit 24. Proceed approximately 1 mile. If you wish to go directly to the state parking garage, stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge. Go straight then turn left at the next light onto Calvert Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left on to St. John's St. The garage entrance is on the left.
The theater is about 6 blocks away. From the garage, walk up St. John’s Street and cross College Avenue. Proceed on North St. to State Circle. Turn left on State Circle and walk two blocks to East St. Turn left and the theater will be on your left a half block ahead.To drive directly to the theater from Rowe Blvd, stay in the left lane when crossing the College Creek bridge, proceed straight at the light to College Ave. Turn left on to College Ave. Proceed one block and turn right on to North St. Turn right at State Circle and drive approximately half way around the Circle to East St. Turn right and the theater is one half block on your left
In addition to the state garage, there are two public garages within walking distance. The Gotts Court Garage at West and Calvert Streets and the Hillman Garage between Duke of Gloucester and Main Streets.
